December 8 @ 5:30pm
My name is Perrin Steel, welcome to my Ignite Hope page. In the summer of 2016, I caught a virus that my body was unable to fight, causing complete liver failure. I was very fortunate to receive a liver through donation and with the help of the incredible doctors, nurses and staff at Phoenix Children’s Hospital, the transplant was a success. I was hospitalized for 8 weeks and have spent the last year rebuilding my health and strength. Having now recovered, I am now trying to give back to the transplant community and help other kids going through this type of adversity. I am now thirteen years old, and I love to hike, scuba dive, and play games. I became a certified scuba diver at ten years old and have been exploring the underwater world ever since, having a particular love for reef and shipwreck diving. I have been training in American Kenpo karate for roughly seven years and have earned a third grade black belt. I love to ski and play board games with my family. This Fundraiser is my way of giving back to the community. My goal for donations is Five hundred dollars. The people here at PCH really saved my life, so please donate so that they can continue doing so.
Ignite Hope benefiting Phoenix Children's Hospital is a candlelight walk for families and friends to bring hope and joy to the patients during the holidays - such a tough time for a child to be hospitalized. I am walking and fundraising for these kids and hope you will join me. Help me reach my goal to help the kids at Phoenix Children's. I appreciate any donation you make. Just click the support button to help me reach my goal.
Every contribution to Phoenix Children's Hospital has a direct impact on our young patients. Donations from caring people like you make it possible for us to offer the very best medical specialists, cutting-edge technology, and family-friendly services without regard to the family's ability to pay. Thank you for investing in our life-saving work!
