Here we are again! Sebastian's Soldiers are back and ready to rumbleeee! We have decided to play a role in helping the patients at Phoenix Children’s Hospital by creating this team for the Phoenix Children’s Hospital 5K fun run. The idea that we can do something for others by staying active is at the heart of Phoenix Children’s Hospital 5K.
Sebastian is the heart of our team. He spent the first 6 months of his life at PCH. After multiple surgeries, a tracheostomy, gtube, ventilator and apnea monitor. He came home. With the help of PCH, mom & dad felt comfortable enough to take on such a big task of all that his care entailed. Sebastian has Prader-Willi Syndrome which does not have a cure, but with the care of his wonderful team at PCH he has come a long way. He doesn't have a trach or gtube anymore. Enjoys going to school and swimmimg.
We would love to have your support in reaching our goal. Help us by donating, or even better, registering for the event and joining our team. Together we can GO THE DISTANCE!
Phoenix Children’s Hospital is Arizona’s only licensed children’s hospital and among the largest in the country. In fact, within five years, one in four Arizona children will have received care from a Phoenix Children’s provider.
