The Triple P – Positive Parenting Program is one of the world’s most effective parenting programs.  It is one of the few programs based on ongoing scientific research and has been proven to work with hundreds of thousands of families through ongoing research over 30 years. More than 105 international trials and studies have shown it works across cultures, socio-economic groups and in many different family structures.  Website:

  • is intended for the prevention of social, emotional and behavioral problems in childhood, the prevention of child maltreatment, and the strengthening of parenting and parental confidence
  • is community–oriented and engages professionals from multiple disciplines and service sectors
  • offers a common understanding, vocabulary, and treatment approach
  • has a multidisciplinary focus to assist professionals working with families across a range of service delivery modalities
  • is multi-level and organized for population dissemination
  • is supported by a strong and growing evidence base
